Pan privacy policy

Last updated 21 October 2026

Pan is a graphing calculator that runs on your device. It has no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking.

What Pan collects

Nothing. No personal data, no usage data, no device identifiers, no crash reports.

Your equations

On iPhone, iPad and Mac, your equations are saved on your device so they are still there next time. They never leave it. Delete the app and they are gone.

On the web, your equations live in the open tab and are not saved or sent anywhere. The web app remembers one thing in your browser's storage: that you have seen its short tour.

The website and the API

The website is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare handles your IP address to deliver the page. Pan itself keeps no logs, sets no cookies and runs no analytics.

The public API (/api and /mcp) only does maths on the expression you send it and sends the answer back. Nothing is stored.

Third parties

Children

Pan is fine for all ages. It collects nothing from anyone, children included.
